How do I book a turf?
Open the Tikito app, choose a nearby turf, select an available time slot, and confirm your booking.
How do I cancel a booking?
Open My Bookings, select your booking, and choose Cancel Booking if the booking is eligible for cancellation.
How do I contact a turf owner?
Open the booking details page to find the available contact information.
How do I report a problem?
Send us an email describing the issue along with your registered email address and, if possible, screenshots.
Account Deletion
You can permanently delete your account from within the app by going to:
Profile → Delete Account
