Delete Your Tikito Account
At Tikito, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly from within the app.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Open the Tikito or Tikito Owner app.
- Navigate to the Profile tab.
- Tap the "Delete Account" button.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
- Your account will be permanently deleted.
Important Information
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- All personal data, bookings, and preferences will be removed from our systems.
- Any active or upcoming bookings may be cancelled upon deletion.
- Certain information may be retained for legal, security, or financial compliance purposes.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policies.
Data Deleted Upon Request
- Profile information (name, email, and phone number)
- Booking history and preferences
- Saved turfs and favorites
- Uploaded images and reviews
- Location-related data
Data Retention
We may retain certain information where required by law, for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, taxation, or regulatory compliance.
